POLICIES

  • One hour minimum charge (After one hour we will charge every minute)

  • We will hold your room for 10mins. (*Please call us if you might be late)

  • Sales tax to all room charges

  • We require a credit card for parties of 8 or more.

  • 18% gratuity will be added to total bill for parties five or greater (assuming good service)

  • We limit to 2 Credit Cards only per bill (Per room) (*Please use ATM Located on the 1st floor for Cash transaction.)

  • All Karaoke Lounge are equipped with security Cameras.

  • Before you check into the private room, we will hold an ID (driver's license / passport) and a credit card of your representative of your group, and we will return them to you at the time of check-out. Please make sure to confirm if they are your own when we return to you.

  • We will ask a group representative to sign the "Store Policy Agreement" prior to using the lounges.

  • When you bring extra number of guests to lounges' max capacity, we will charge $5 per person per hour.

  • It is forbidden by law to serve alcoholic beverages in the karaoke room if anyone in your group is under the age of 21.

    (*If people who would like to drink alcoholic beverages, please come to dining floor)

  • Please do not bring outside food or beverages to our lounges. (*PENALTY CHARGE $100 / ITEM)

  • Fire alarms are equipped for your safety. We therefore request all the guests not to use matches, lighters, birthday candles, or any other things that create smoke. (*If you made the fire alarm ring, we need to charge $3000.)

  • Please be aware that you will be liable for any property damages or losses caused by you. (*(*PENALTY CHARGE $200 / ITEM)

  • If you spill drink or break the karaoke iPad, we will need to charge you $300 for a replacement.

  • Illegal drug use or sexual act is prohibited in the lounges.

  • Please do not stomp the floor.

  • Please do not do anything to disturb other customers.

  • Using Confetti, glitter or Throwing up on floor (*we need to charge cleaning up fee $50)

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We request at least 72 hours notice to cancel without charge.

  • The card will only be charged If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice.

  • If you cancel on the day of your reservation, we reserve the right to charge for the full length of the reservation.
